The texts written on the surface are carefully chosen based on personal encounters with Chinese philosophy.

I select a variety of natural rocks, including rough river rocks, smooth jade-like rocks, porous volcanic rocks and delicate marble. Each type of rock is carefully chosen based on its texture and shape to match the style of the calligraphy to be inscribed. Rocks are selected during different trips in mainland China, along the Yangtze River and the Yellow River. Videos were taken the moment I noticed the uniqueness of rocks and picked them up.

Yes, all calligraphy on the rocks is handwritten with special ink that adheres firmly to the surface. No machine printing or laser engraving is used, ensuring each piece has unique artistic value.
